NHS maternity care comparison:
Booking appointment/Scan/Bloods referral to hospital consultant clinic if needed under local Trust policies.
15-20 Minute face to face contact at 16/(25)/28/31/34/36/38/40 weeks.
Limited phone support from named midwife; 24hr service via hospital if needed.
Birth in Hospital or home if staffing allows.
Postnatal checks & screening on days 1/3/5/10 (usually in a clinic which you travel to).
Discharge to Health Visitor & GP services by day 28 at the latest - usually day 10-14.

Birth place of your choice with guaranteed access to homebirth and a birth pool if you wish. We are expertly trained by one of the most experienced breech practitioners and therefore confident and competent in breech and twin physiological birth.
Postnatal checks/screening/feeding support/emotional support on days 0/1/2/3/4/5/6/7/10/14/18/21/28 - *in your own home*
Discharge to Health Visitor & GP services usually by day 42 or when you feel comfortable.
